Participants begin each Healing Walk by

bringing their awareness to more of what they really want and less of what they don't!

By focusing on this positive thought over and over and over as they walk, their thoughts will become a belief.
What changes would you like to see in your health, your life, your job, your family?

It's reasonable to believe that you can make them happen!

The Healing Walks is an activity that has evolved from our natural desire to be proactive against disease and suffering all while supporting a positive intention of health, well being and positive change.

We envision thousands of people beginning a walk by connecting to a persistent and emotional picture of what is not working in their job,
their health or their lives.
As they walk and physically stimulate their body they can reshape this emotional issue into a more positive belief, and a new reality that supports health, well being and positive change.

Walkers might focus and commit to such things as "It's reasonable to believe that you can experience a loving relationship with your partner, It’s reasonable to believe you can work in a pleasant environment that satisfies you, It’s reasonable to believe you can exercise for 30 minutes a day to boost your metabolism and immune system, It’s reasonable to believe you can
lift the burden from your neighbor with a few dollars".

As they engage in this activity on a regular basis, they mold a thought into what will set the stage for a positive belief and then changes in their lives.

People feel so much more peaceful from this exercise as the body's natural "tranquilizing" chemicals are released from the brain and thus, more
positive and appropriate insights come naturally with ease and manifest into reality. Regular walks also support cardiovascular, muscular and bone strengthening as well as metabolic benefits.

Remember, where your attention goes, energy flows!

During or after the walk, write any ideas, inspirations or actions of how “you” could make your personal thoughts a belief and then a reality.

It's reasonable to Believe...
