Why Walking?
1) Walking is a great activity for individuals and groups to join in mind, body, and spirit in a structured, organized routine to achieve the goal of personal peace and healing.

3) Walking releases stress and grounds out stuck energy in our bodies. People feel more peaceful from exercise as endorphins are released from the higher brain centers and thus, more appropriate insights come with ease. Do I have to walk for 1 hour?
Absolutely not, every individual needs to walk at their own pace and at their own level. Everyone beginning this exercise routine should discuss it with their medical doctors for specific guidelines. Any amount of time spent during this 1 hour period to contemplate your personal intention is beneficial to you and us all.

What does it cost?
